She is survived by: her children, Donna Jo Kirk of Epworth, GA and Hubert Dale Kirk, III of Epworth, GA; her grandchildren, Robin Dale Kirk and Billie Jo Robinson; and her siblings, Johnny Matthews, Jimmy Matthews and Jackie Ducharme.
