He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus "Buck" and Ivie Sapp Cone; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Barnes Cone; his children, Lee Cone (Samantha) and Leesa Studstill (Garth); and his siblings, Emory Cone (Latrelle), Patsy Bryant and Caroline Moore. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
