He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Carson Little and Nora Lee West Little; and his wife Jo Beth Little. He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Little; his grandson Rodney Franklin "Lil Roddy" Little, II; his daughter-in-law Donna Little; his granddaughters, Alisha Little and Donna Nicole Little; his great grandchild Macy Barrentine; his children, Donna Barrentine (Wayne), David Little, Roddy Little (Pam), Sherri Ray (Kevin) and Leroy Franklin "Lee" Little, Jr. (Tammy); his grandchildren, Chad Barrentine (Michelle), Brad Barrentine (Amanda), Jeremy Little, Lee Little, Amanda Barfield (John Lee), John Ray, Keri Ray, Jessi Holley (Brandon) and Logan Little; his great grandchildren, Abby Barrentine, Taylor Barrentine, Savanna Smith (Isaac), Nathan Little, Alivia Watson, Anslee Barfield, Carson Barfield and Adalee Barfield; and his great great grandchild Lyla Grayce Smith.
