She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Phagan and Tessie Mae Dover Phagan; and her brothers, James "Whitey" Phagan, Gladston Phagan, Morris Phagan, Bobby Phagan, Donal Phagan and Winfred Phagan.
She is survived by: her child Jimmie; her nieces, Shannon Sparkman-King and Jennifer Zorotovich; and her sisters, Evelyn Webb and JoAnn Fox. She is also survived by family and friends.
