He is survived by: his daughter Terri Rigby (Joshua) of Winder; his grandchildren, Caleb Rigby and Whitley Rigby; and his siblings, Jo Ann Knight of Ochlocknee, Bud Whitley of Alapaha, Terrell Whitley of Alapaha, Don Whitley of Alapaha, Carroll Whitley of Alapaha, Clifton Whitley of Tifton, Waymon Whitley of Nashville and Earl Whitley of Nashville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
