She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bristol and Leslie Raper Exum. She is survived by: her husband Gene Carter of Enigma; her son Bernie Bennett of Lenox; her stepdaughter Laekan Carter of Valdosta; her grandsons, Jared of Chaserville and Dylan of Newport, AL; her sister Marjorie Roberts of Sparks; her siblings-in-law, Debbie Seko of Lake Park and Kenny Carter (Linda) of Perry, FL; and her close friend Diane Bennett Rye. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
