He is survived by: his son Erwin Carlos (Win); his daughter-in-law Tara Watkins of Perry; his daughter Brandi; his son-in-law Kim Judd of Macon; his siblings, Billy Ray Watkins of Moultrie and Betty; his brother-in-law James Hicks of Moultrie; and his grandchildren, Ashley Watkins, Sydney Watkins, Macy Watkins, Allie Watkins and Madison Judd.
