With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Jane Nichols Grant of Enigma, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dovward Nichols and Aline Conger Nichols; and her siblings, Harvey Nichols, Charles Nichols, Johnny Nichols and Glenda Grizzard.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Jimmy" Grant of Enigma; her children, Joe Grant of Enigma and Kendra Grant of Enigma; and her brothers, Garvie Nichols, Sr. of Berrien County, Calloway Nichols of Berrien County, Henry Nichols of Berrien County and Kenny Nichols of Berrien County.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oakey Grove Missionary Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
