She is survived by: her children, Ian Dougherty of Georgia, Monica Dougherty-Fritts (Randy Fritts), Quinn Dougherty of Georgia and Riley Dougherty of Indiana; and her brothers, Brad Neff of Indiana and John Neff of California. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren as well as 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
