He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wiley Sr. and Hattie Woods Sloan; his stepfather Robert Sloan; his grandparents, Candy Nelson Woods and AJ Woods; his sisters, Ether Carson and Frankie Wiley; and his aunts and uncles, Gus, Glen, Betty, Samantha, Florence and Pearl.
He is survived by: his significant other Flonnie Mae Wiley; his children, Reginald, Telecia, Vince and Bridgette; his grandchildren, Tarrica (Charles), Bryan (Harriette), Reginald Jr. (Matshelah), Shomari, Yaharah (Cameron), Yareheet, Tory, Ahsher, Deja' (Brendan), Avivyah, Shemrah, Zayde, Sahrah, Heaven and Faith; his great grandchildren, Tyrik, Nisa, Tyra, Jaden, Elijah, Mikhae, Destiny, Brodi, Casiah, Adinah, Ari, Courage and Aeris; his aunt Beula Sloan; his uncle Albert (Mary Ann); his sister Terry Webb; his niece Aleasha Maxwell (Mondarius); his nephew Mike Linley; and his close friends, Lamar Banks, Sandra Garnigan, Michele Spence and Mia Reynolds. He is also survived by four children, fifteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service.
