He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Cochran and Eula Padgett Cochran Jarrett; and his mother-in-law Laura Silver Mullinax Miller. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mullinax Cochran; his children, Kelli Patrick (Bill), Ricky Odom (Tammy), Kristy Odom Fox and Trina Wallace; and his brothers, Wallace Cochran (Ann) and Wendell Cochran (Shirley Townsend). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
