He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Moore and Leah Ellen Moore (Rogers). He is survived by: his wife Ronda Dover of Ellijay, GA; his sons, Jacob Paul Dover (Amber Leona) of Covington, GA and William Zachary Dover (Katelan) of Ellijay, GA; and his brothers, Tim Dover of Kennesaw, GA, James Dover (Cindy) of Kennesaw, GA and I. D. Moore of Hawaii. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
