He was predeceased by: his parents, Park Sullivan Sr. and Ruth Russell Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, William Douglas Sullivan, Michael Joseph Sullivan, Jonathan Daniel Sullivan and Christina Mooney; his grandchildren, Justin, Alissa Sullivan, Whitney Sullivan, Wade, Audrey Sullivan, Braelyn Sullivan and Waylon Sullivan (The Bulldog); his great grandchildren, Bryson Sullivan and Brianna Sullivan; and his sisters, Phyllis Turner and Debra Nelms.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540). Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
