She was predeceased by: her sister Sheila Thrasher. She is survived by: her husband Lanney Welchel; her sons, Eric Cruse (Lacey) of Macon and Brandon Cruse (Samantha) of Rockford, TX; her brothers, Sam Thrasher and George Thrasher; and her grandchildren, Bailey Cruse, Kaitlyn Thomas and Alaina Hussey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540).
