He is survived by: his sons, Juan Ruiz of Ellijay, Shawn O'Neal of Clinton, AL, Shannon O'Neal of Ohio, Ryan O'Neal of Ellijay and Thomas Ray O'Neal Jr. of Ellijay; and his siblings, Mark O'Neal of Sylacauga, AL, Martha Turner of Goodwater, AL and Arlene Castleberry of Winchester, TN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
