She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Mulkey; and her mother Ottis Bowen. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Bowen, Monroe Bowen (Wanda), Mitchell Bowen (Diane), Buddy (Kendra), Melinda Walker (James) and Marilyn Harper (Eldridge); her sister-in-law Lana Henson (Johnny); and her nephews, Darien Bowen, Patrick Walker, Britney Bowen, Brandon Harper, Adam Harper and Chadwick Harper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
