It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Selma Lee Helton of Ellijay, Georgia, who passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Young and Lucille Young (Atkins); her brothers, Charles Young and Eugene Young; and her sisters-in-law, Billie Young and Joyce Young.
She is survived by: her son Randy (Lydia); her grandchildren, Jessie Hall (Jason) and Jared Helton (Todd Compton); her great grandchildren, Laila Helton and Cali Hall; and her siblings, Trudy Page LeFlore and Jerry Young (Pat). She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, twelve great nieces and nephews and fourteen great great nieces and nephews.
