He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bollinger; his children, William Bollinger, Harmony Wimpey, Raven Bollinger, Scarlett Kitchen and Jaden Bollinger; his siblings, Debra Bowers, Karen Kuykendall (Gary), Michael Brentlinger and Brian Higgins; his granddaughter Dixie Fowler; his nephew Dustin Brown; and his close friends, Machelle, Barry and Dana.
