He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Milner and Mary Katherine Agnew (Clarke); and his wife Stephanie P. Agnew. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan M. (Sharyn Agnew) and Spenser (Nicholas Reuffer); his grandchildren, Sadie Agnew, Marielle Agnew and Rowan Agnew; and his brother Ralph M. (Shelly Agnew).
