He was predeceased by: his father Howard Perry; and his sister Beth Bice. He is survived by: his wife Betty Perry; his daughters, Lynn Perry and Cindy; his son-in-law Ed Corn; and his grandchildren, Hannah Chambers, Ben Corn and Miles Corn.

Donations may be made to Gilmer County Food Pantry in memory of Mr. Phillip Perry.
