He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Brown and Barbara Brown; his wife Teresa Brown; his siblings, Debbie Cantrell, Jesse Brown and Christi Vann; and his grandson Clay "Junior" Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Clay Brown of Talking Rock and Misty Dawn Byrom of Marietta; his sisters, Elizabeth "Beth" Lovejoy of Rockmart and Tammy Esparza of Austell; his grandchildren, Alexander, Max, William, Izabella, Sarah, Jeremiah, Jordan, Autumn and Jay; and his great grandchildren, Ryland and Riley.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to help with funeral expenses.
