He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Pink and Vera Jean Harper (Newberry); and his brother Leroy Harper. He is survived by: his wife Lois Harper of Ellijay, GA; his son Mark (Sheila Harper); and his brothers, Eldridge Harper of Ellijay, GA and Phillip Harper of Jasper, GA. He is also survived by sister Faye Harper, FL, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to the Flat Branch Baptist Church in memory of Otis.
