She was predeceased by: her parents, Zed Ernest and Clara Belle Brittain (Hicks); her husband Richard Allen Markham; and her brother James Roger "Butch" Brittain. She is survived by: her children, Toni (Greg Abernathy), Nikki Trevino of Marietta, GA and Scott Allen Markham of Anniston, AL; and her grandchildren, Kelly Miller, Kevin Markham (Ashley), Steven Abernathy (Yuan), Samantha Hoston (Jack), Sarah Nelson (Daniel), Rachel Digise (Anthony), Millie John (Jacob) and Zed Carroll. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
