It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Jean Green Ellington of Ellijay, Georgia, born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Albert Green. She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Ellington; and her sons, Douglas Truman Hyde (Kyria) of Ellijay, James H. Ellington III (Jennifer) of Ellijay and Jackie Ellington (Amie) of Ellijay. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
