He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Worley Garrett. He is survived by: his father H. L. Garrett; his wife Tonya Garrett; his children, Kimberly Garrett of Cumming, GA, Jessica Garrett of Ellijay, GA, Auston Parks of Hinesville, Ala and Cody Parks of Deatsville, Ala; and his siblings, Charles Barclay and Diane Lovell. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
