She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmet Mullin and Merna Mullin (Wheeler); and her husband Leo E. Omernik. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Sheridan, Kim Quiett and Gregory Omernik (Donna); her grandchildren, Cassandra Omernik, Joshua Omernik and Hayden Quiett; her great grandchildren, Camden McDaniel and Kennedy McDaniel; and her siblings, Kathleen Pollesch (Donald), Christine Santana and Gary Mullin (Jeanie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flower's donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Mrs. Omernik.
