Macel Buck Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2022, at the age of 83, Macel Buck of Ellijay, Georgia, born in Ireland, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Harlie Lowther; her husband Walton T. Buck Sr.; and her siblings, Almonta Markwood, Mary Weaver, Richard, Philip, Henry and Leslie Lowther.
She is survived by: her daughter Romy Strickland (Sam) of Griffin, GA; her siblings, Margie Gillespie of Fayettville, PA, Betty Capps of Laytonsville, Maryland, Obrey Lowther of Columbia Station and Harlie "Ralph" Lowther (Diane) of Brandenberg, Kentucky; and her nieces, Connie Weaver Smith and Haley Smith. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Homestead Hospice in Blairsville, GA.
