He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Allen and Rebecca Gossett. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Allen (Courtney), Ronnie Gates (Teodora) and Laurie Summerlin; and his grandchildren, Brian Gates, Kelsey Forth (Preston), Brett Bailey, Dylan Allen and Jonathan Kernan (Ashley). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Logan Funeral Home (357 Dalton St, Ellijay, GA 30540). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Logan Funeral Home Chapel (357 Dalton St, Ellijay, GA 30540).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with final expenses at PO Box 485 Ellijay, GA 30540 in memory of Dwaine.
