He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard Hulsey and Helen Melton; his brother Ricky Hulsey; and his stepfather Raymond Melton. He is survived by: his wife Nancey Hulsey of Ellijay; his sons, Trent Hulsey (Tara) of Cartersville and Tyler Hulsey of Ellijay; and his sister Connie Hulsey of Florida.
