He is survived by: his wife Brandy Forrister; his children, Trenton Godsey, Trinity Jeans and Teagan Jeans; his siblings, Paige Millbocker and Brittany Millbocker; and his grandmother Robbie Jeans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and friends.
