She was predeceased by: her father David Riley Franklin Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Faye Cornett of Jasper; her husband Cole Hall of Ellijay, GA; her brothers, David Riley Franklin Jr. of Ellijay, GA, Joseph Riley Franklin, Paige of Ringold, GA and Steve Bruce (Mariah); her grandmother Linda Sherwood of Blue Ridge, GA; and her in-laws, Doug Hall, Beth Jarvis, Steve of Ellijay, Brandon Hall, Christine of Pensacola, FL, Jennifer Colson and Eric of Ellijay, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew and aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Christian Learning Center in Ellijay, GA in memory of Jessy.
