He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Martin; his sons, Michael Martin (Crystal), Josh Martin (Meagan), Allen Martin (Lyndsey) and Chris Crumbly; and his siblings, Keith Martin, Teresa Weeks and Sandra Martin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
