He is survived by: his wife Cheryl McCook of Ellijay; his sons, Jeff McCook (Cindy McCook) of Ellijay and Freddie Jr. "Skip" McCook (Michelle McCook); and his grandchildren, Aiden McCook (Ashley McCook), Kylie McCook, Leigh Anna Rogers (Alex Rogers) and Ashleigh Queen (Tim Queen).
