He is survived by: his daughters, Ginger Campbell Meador (Steve) of Rutherfordton, NC and Nancy Campbell Elliott (Bill) of Ellijay, Georgia; his grandchildren, Stephen Richardson Meador (Terri) of Broadway, NC, John Campbell Meador (Amy) of Rutherfordton, NC, Dr. Rachel Lee Norman (Austin) of Marietta and Becca Elliott Wilson of Marietta; his great grandchildren, Campbell Noah Meador, Brantley Paige Meador, Madison Lee Meador, Brock Campbell Wilson and Piper Kinslee Wilson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aiden, Brayden Wheeler, Emma, Liam and Wren Elliott; his nieces, Martha Ann Willis and Joy Blair; his nephew Johnny Campbell; his close friends, Stephanie Dickerson, Betty Dale, Jay and Ellie Murphy; and also William Bradley Elliott (Angie) of Albany. He is also survived by cousins, as well as extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Peninsula Funeral Home (11144 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23601).
