He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Beal and Eula Hensley Beal. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Bell; his children, Tim Bell and Janet Pinette Ellijay; his brother Joe Wayne Beal (Ann); his grandson Justin Bell Amber Mathis; and his great grandchildren, Noah Bell and Pressley Bell.
