He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Eugene Smith and Glenda Sue Gilreath Smith. He is survived by: his wife Amy Smith; his children, Johnathon Smith, Jacob Smith, Chance Rogers and Brittany Smith; and his siblings, Lamar Smith, Carol Smith and Darlene Gooch. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
