She is survived by: her parent Heather Collins; her children, Jovi Hernandez and JoLynn Hernandez; her former husband Nathan Findley; her grandparents, Joe and Judy Collins; her aunt Stacie Hernandez; her uncle Sesar Hernandez; and her cousins, Reyna and Tylea.
