With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Mae Curtis of Ellijay, Georgia, born in Jackson, North Carolina, who passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Annie Mae Curtis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Woodard and Pearl Iva Woodard (Cash); and her sons, Douglas C. Parks and Steve Parks. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Diane Parks, Lorena Pearl Thompson and Tammy Watkins. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and very special caretakers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery fund or to Georgia Mountains Hospice in memory of Annie Mae.
