He is survived by: his wife Terry Kuykendall; his brother Steven Kuykendall of Columbus, GA; his son Benjamin Clark (Samantha) of Ellerslie, GA; his grandsons, Avery Clark and Aiden Luchner of Ellerslie, GA; his mother-in-law Sharon Costin of Foley, AL; and his siblings-in-law, David Costin of Foley, AL and Jamie Cole (Richard) of Fortson, GA. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 2 nieces and a grand nephew.
