Gussie Albritton Cone Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2020, at the age of 97, Gussie Albritton Cone (Ellerslie, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Albritton and Mary Melissa Albritton of Taylor County, GA.; her husband Freddie Auston Cone; her son John Gregory Cone; her great grandchild Grace Elizabeth Hayes; and her siblings, Louise Davis, Mae Adams, Walter Albritton and George Albritton.

She is survived by: her brothers, Jack Albritton (Patsy) and Hinton Albritton (Earline); her children, Patricia Silverstein (Gene), Freddie Cone (Elaine) and Sharon Brandenburg (Mike); and her grandchildren, Edward Hollingsworth, Freddie Wayne Cone, Jr. (Sabrina), Susan Cone Williams (David), Amy Cason, Ginger Brandenburg Hayes (Adam), Christy Cone Roper (Jacob) and Jonathan Cone. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Columbus Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
