She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee Buckhanan and Alice Cumbie Buckhanan; her spouse Armo D. Tompkins; her daughter Wanda Jean Barnett; and her siblings, Walter Lee Buckhanan, Edgar Lee Buckhanan, Danny Dean Buckhanan and Alice Juanita Buckhanan.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Carol Coley (Joe); her grandchildren, Mandy Barnett Reed (Lou), Dayna Barnett Poeica, David Alan Barnett, Kristy Weldon Boss (Will) and Wesley Weldon; and her sister Mary Elizabeth Day (Bob). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
