She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lowery and Maggie Lowery; and her great grandchild Skylar Ginn. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Harp; her children, Donna McDowell, Gary McDowell and Megan Harp; her grandchildren, Kevin Ginn, Shanalee Ginn, Chelsea Swed and Noah Teel; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Ginn, Adrian Ginn, Cameron Ginn, Damien Ginn, London Ginn, Karlee Deal and Brayden Folds.
