He is survived by: his sons, Howard and David; his wife Pam; his daughter Rosemarie Campbell; his children-in-law, Roy and Edawne; his grandchildren, Janaye Campbell, Allysa Campbell, Jade Campbell, Julian McIntosh and Leah McIntosh; and his brother Winston McIntosh. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and many friends.
