She was predeceased by: her parent William Edward; her husband Arthur James "Junior" Cunningham; her sons, William Grady and David Gene Cunningham; her grandson Grady Elvis Cunningham; and her siblings, Oscar Burns, Leroy Burns, Wilson Burns, Julie Armour and Eunice Shirley.
She is survived by: her parent Lizzie Phillips Burns; her daughter-in-law James D. Cunningham of Locust Grove; her daughter Janie Sue of Winder; her son-in-law Ken Dubroc of Winder; her stepdaughter Mary Ann Holcomb of Rex; her siblings, Nelson Burns of Alto, Frances Wade of Demorest, Minnie Lee Burns of Demorest and Vernie Johnson of Cornelia; and also, Billy Joe and Ronda Cunningham of Ellenwood. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
