She is survived by: her husband Daniel Buggs; her children, Taira and Carlton Maurice Duncan II; her grandchildren, Olivia Mughelli and Zen Duncan; and her siblings, Victor Wilder (Sharon) and Cathy Wilkerson (Mark). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving family and friends.
