It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard V. Self of Ellaville, Georgia, who passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Eugene. He is survived by: his close friend Jo-Jo (Poot); his siblings, Jimmy Self (Diane), Christy Wilder (Rocke) of Ft. Mitchell, AL and Selena McLeod (Bob) of Warwick; and his uncle Hughlee Self of Griffin. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
