He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie DeVane Collins of Ellaville, GA.; his son Tony Collins (Tina) of Lockhart, TX.; his sister-in-law Lauralane Easom of Americus; his grandchildren, Trey Hewitt (Jennie), April Story, Amanda Hewitt, Gannon Womack, Justin Womack (Ciera), Jantz Womack, Cierra Collins and Christopher Collins; and his great grandchildren, Raelynn Hewitt, Rylee Hewitt, Reese Hewitt, Becky Story, Charlotte Womack and Molly Womack.
