She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Willoughby and Cora Mae Bishop Willoughby; her husband Arlin G. Peek; and her siblings, Marjorie Harris, Pauline Davis and William "Billy" Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Peek (Debra) of Ellaville and Melba Welch (Clarence) of Ellaville; her grandchildren, Kenny Peek (Monica), Kris Peek (Jennifer), Jessica Phillips, Kurtis Peek, Kerri Welch, Whitney Welch and Haley Welch; and her great grandchildren, Chance Peek, Hannah Morrow, Nathan Jackson, Madelyn Dunston, Doyle Peek, Jasmine Phillips and Kendell Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Ellaville Baptist Church, P. O. Box 325, Ellaville, GA 31806.
