She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton B. Gleaton and Lenora Phillips Gleaton. She is survived by: her husband Charlie; her daughter Dee Dee; her son-in-law Keith McAllister of Ellaville, GA; her son Charles L. Sorrels; her daughter-in-law Susan Ward of Pennsylvania; her grandson Patrick Phillip McAllister; her sister Diana; and her brother-in-law Jim Byington.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Way-Watson Funeral Home-Ellaville (28 Oglethorpe St, Ellaville, GA 31806). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery (2817 Ebenezer Rd, Ellaville, GA 31806).
