He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Thomas "P. T." and Susie Eason Streetman; his sister Maribel Ragan; and his son-in-law Greg Moore. He is survived by: his wife Carol Larkin Streetman of Ellaville; his children, Toni Moore of Ellaville, Dariel Streetman (Erin) of Ellaville and Karen Cook (Charlie) of Americus; his grandchildren, Lezlie Poole (Nigel), Carson Moore, Katy Streetman, Emily Streetman, Garrett Streetman, Addie Cook, Ben Cook, Sarah Cook and Zach Cook; his great grandchildren, Jasper and Emory Poole; his siblings, P. T. Streetman, Jr. (Dolly) of Elko, GA, Boyette Streetman (Inez) of Ellaville and Minnie Sue Jordan (Dan) of Dawson, GA; and his close friend Neil Snider of Ellaville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
